1. Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or placing
an order. By accessing our Shopify store or purchasing any product, you agree to be
bound by these terms.
1.1 About Us
The Beauty Filter FZE LLC is a Free Zone Establishment registered under SPC Free
Zone (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone), United Arab Emirates. Trade Licence No:
4429701.01. Our Shopify store facilitates the sale of shower filter products to
customers in the UAE and internationally. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer
to The Beauty Filter FZE LLC. As a registered Free Zone Entity, The Beauty Filter FZE
LLC operates as a legally distinct corporate entity separate from its shareholders and
directors.
1.2 Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the
legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Orders placed from jurisdictions where
the sale of such products is restricted are not permitted.
1.3 Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are
accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on
our store are error-free, complete, or current. Product packaging may vary slightly
from images shown. Results from using our shower filter products may vary between
individuals.
1.4 Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) or the applicable currency based on
your location. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to
cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. Payment is processed securely through
Shopify's payment gateway. We accept major credit and debit cards and other
payment methods listed at checkout.1.5 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve
the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of
suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors. A binding contract is formed
only when your order has been dispatched.
1.6 Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the UAE and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at
checkout and are not guaranteed. The Beauty Filter is not liable for delays caused by
customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title
for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• UAE delivery: 2–5 business days (standard)
• International delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in
their country
1.7 Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with
your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to be
eligible for a return
• We do not accept returns on used or installed filter products for hygiene reasons
• Faulty or damaged products will be replaced or refunded in full
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is
faulty
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item

reason for return.
1.8 Installation Damage Policy
The Beauty Filter products are designed for straightforward home installation and
come with clear written instructions. However, as shower filters connect directly to
existing plumbing fixtures, improper installation can result in damage to the product.
Please read the following carefully:
• The Beauty Filter is not liable for any damage caused during or as a result of
customer installation, including but not limited to: cross-threading, over-tightening,
use of incorrect tools, forced fitting onto incompatible fixtures, or damage caused by
pre-existing plumbing issues
• Damage sustained during installation is not covered under our standard returns or
refund policy and is considered customer-induced, falling outside of manufacturing
defect coverage• In the event a product is damaged during installation, we may, at our sole discretion,
offer a one-time courtesy exchange at a discounted rate as a gesture of goodwill —
this is not a guarantee and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
• To be considered for any exchange, customers must provide clear photographic
evidence of the damaged product and the shower fixture it was installed on,
submitted within 48 hours of the installation attempt
• We strongly recommend reviewing our full installation guide before fitting the product.

By proceeding with installation, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for ensuring
the product is fitted correctly and in accordance with the provided instructions. The Beauty
Filter reserves the right to decline any return, refund, or exchange request where damage is
reasonably determined to have resulted from improper installation.
1.9 Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media channels, including but not limited to
logos, text, images, product photography, and branding, is the intellectual property of
The Beauty Filter. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior
written consent.
1.10 Limitation of Liability
The Beauty Filter FZE LLC is a legally incorporated Free Zone Establishment and
operates as a separate legal entity under UAE law. The personal assets of its
shareholders and directors are therefore protected from business liabilities. To the
fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Beauty Filter FZE LLC shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the
use of our products or website. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim
arising out of or in connection with a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid
by you for the product in question.
1.11 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
As a company registered under SPC Free Zone (Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone),
The Beauty Filter FZE LLC is subject to the regulations and oversight of SPC Free
Zone Authority. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE, with SPC Free Zone
regulations applying where relevant to the company's obligations as a registered Free
Zone entity.
2. Privacy PolicyYour privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how The Beauty Filter
collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you visit our
Shopify store or interact with us online.

When you visit our store or make a purchase, we may collect the following types of

The Beauty Filter shower filter is designed to reduce chlorine, heavy metals, and
other impurities commonly found in water supplies, including hard water areas such
as Dubai. Individual results may vary depending on local water quality, usage
frequency, and skin and hair type.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical
condition. Any claims about skin and hair improvements are based on general
customer feedback and the known effects of reducing chlorine and hard water
exposure. We recommend consulting a dermatologist or healthcare professional if
you have specific skin or scalp conditions.
Filter cartridge lifespan is approximate and depends on water quality and usage. We
recommend replacing filters as advised on the product packaging.
